The Breath of Cenarius (Quest)

The Breath of Cenarius(https://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=28343/the-breath-of-cenarius#screenshots) quest doesn't work - the required NPC kill (Pyromancer Loregrain; 9024) is there, but the twilight gates that you're supposed to deactivate with the "Breath of Cenarius" item (63469) are not. The twilight portals (https://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=28343/the-breath-of-cenarius#screenshots:id=402857) are supposed to be on the same hall as Pyromancer Loregrain, and you should be able to use the Breath of Cenarius to destroy/disable them. I tested this on 8/21/2018 on the Fun server.

I find this and many other quests on the server to be quite demoralizing, especially when I'm attempting to farm items to make a good transmog. Please fix this whenever possible. Thank you. :)
