can i back my hacked account

i just need to back my hacked account i talked to technical support and he said that i need to post those information to back my hacked account

 

 

-Account name: mopister

-IP addresse: 197.15.24*.22*

-Charcters i remeber on that account : nojikori/kokiloki

-last gmail : topisokhamassi@gmail.com

-IF you can guys just check the first address ip conected for this account and u will decide from logs ;à)

i know just those information because the hacker changed email and password if there any way to back it please help ^^ :)
