Here you'll find a list of fixes that were made in oktober. Some of the fixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require scheduled realm restarts to go into effect. This list will be updated as additional fixes are applied.

 

Other Data Base fixes (quests, creatures, loot etc) you can look at this section (from 06.10.18), with messages from Herald.

General:

  • Timeless Isle:
    • Fixed an issue due to which players received Swift Spectral Gryphon aura on death in Timeless Isle.
    • Fixed exploit which allowed players to kill Timeless Isle Bosses alone.

    [*] Fixed exploit which allowed players to level up their guild with a help of Give Gerard a Drink in a short period of time.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which guild progress didn't update in guild window.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which bosses stopped didn't properly reset upon entering evade mode.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which some creatures received rage or energy upon respawning.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which players could aggro NPC shortly after he entered evade mode and didn't have full health.

    [*] Group Finder: Fixed an issue due to absent players were not removed from queue.

    [*] Groups:

    • Fixed an issue due to which player didn't receive packets while in loading screen.
    • Fixed an issue due to which group frames didn't update.
    • Fixed an issue due to which players sometimes couldn't see list of items in loot.
    • Fixed an issue which caused group interface to bug out after Server Restart.

    [*] Fixed exploit which allowed players to received titles from achievements on characters which should not have them.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which player teleported to start location if he previously quit the game while in a transport.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which players were sometimes "Unknown" to others.

    [*] Fixed an issue which caused player to be unable to leave queue after joining a group.

    [*] Fixed 1 reason of the server crash.

  • Damage that has been absorbed through various effects is now correctly taken into account statistics.

  • Burst of Speed will now apply 1 speed buff instead of two buffs.
  • Distract will no longer interrupt opponent.
  • Target will now lose Marked for Death debuff if owner decides to change talent.

  • Fixed health points for minions, if their health was calculated from owner's health points.
  • Guilds: Fixed an issue due to which guild logo didn't update until player re-logged.
  • Fixed exploit which allowed players to save https://ru.wowhead.com/title=188 title.
  • Fixed exploit which allowed players to avoid items getting destroyed upon learning them.
  • Returned possibility to put battle pet in cage.
  • Fixed amount of bonus reputation player gains in dungeons.
  • Dungeon Finder:
    • Fixed an issue due to which player didn't receive invitation window if he was in loading screen.

    [*] Fixed exploit which allowed players to get power leveled in high level zones.

    [*] Fixed exploit with Master Loot System which allowed player to roll items as many times as he wants to receive the item he wanted.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which player lost the ability to fly if he got hit by a push-back effect while on a flying mount.

    [*] Fixed 6 reasons of server crash.

  • Fixed Loot Boxes in Siege of Orgrimmar.
  • Sha of Pride

    [*] Siegecrafter Blackfuse:

    • Lasers will now have a fixed activation order (from left to right) instead of random order on Heroic Difficulty.
    • Fixed an issue due to which mechanics didn't stop working after players defeated boss.
    • Implemented Overcharged Weapon priority selection system on Heroic Mode.
    • Added Hotfix: Siegecrafter Blackfuse will no longer Overcharge more than one cluster of Crawler Mines per wave on Heroic difficulty"

    [*] He Softfoot:

    • Fixed an issue due to which Embodied Anguish did not despawn once boss entered evade mode.

Throne of the Four Winds and Baradin hold are enabled again.

General:

  • Fixed an issue due to which in Shrine of Seven Stars and Shrine of Two Moons it was not possible to attack enemy players.
  • Now it is possible to join 3v3 Solo and standard 3v3 through NPCs.
  • PvE spectators now will now be able to see invisible players.
  • Now all players will be in combat during encounter. This fixes an issue due to which player was not in combat and could revive other allies after resurrection.
  • Fixed an issue due to which transmogrification could not disappear from item after reset.
  • Removed a wall on the Isle of Thunder.
  • Fixed an issue due to which master loot did not work on summoned creatures.
  • Guild:
    • Fixed an issue due to which guild bank log did not show item logs from 1st tab.
    • Fixed an issue due to which guild access changed only after reload.
    • Alliance players now can buy Guild Vault Voucher (8th Slot) from guild vendors.
    • Fixed an issue due to which it was not possible to buy guild bank tabs in guild bank menu.
    • Fixed guild challenges and guild groups.
    • Fixed an issue due to which was not possible to set a limit to withdraw gold from guild bank.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which new group members could not join the instance, if someone left the group earlier.

    [*] Chests opened by the keys will stay opened until respawn.

    [*] Now you can put battle pets into the cage.

    [*] Fixed an issue due to which pet not always displayed in the group interface, and also could not be removed.

    [*] Fixed ability to customize character while using faction change service where players changed only appearance/race/name but not faction.

    [*] Fixed displaying of an error "Already applied more powerful spell", if on player already applied more prolonged spell than spell which you're trying to apply.

    [*] Calendar:

    • Added checking against client modifications
    • Fixed displaying of guild events and announces for guild members.

    [*] Fixed an exploit which allowed players who were not in the group when the boss was killed to receive loot.

    [*] Fixed 4 reasons of the server crash.

 

Arenas and Battlegrounds:

 

  • Implemented Cross-faction BG queue for groups.
  • Isle of Conquest: Fixed ability to take the graveyard again, if it was taken by enemies.
  • Isle of Conquest: Fixed an issue due to which gates could hang up between phases, if vehicle was destroyed immediately after shot.
  • Temple of Kotmogu: Fixed an issue due to which player could be on a transport (for example, Traveler's Tundra Mammoth) with sphere.
  • Forbiddance for 3v3 cross-faction groups
  • Strand of the Ancients: now Battleground Demolisher will be immune to Paralysis

    • Fixed spawn point of Automated Shredder
    • Implemented laser beam mechanic on conveyor belt on Heroic Mode.
    • Lasers now have their own vehicles.
    • Automated Shredder will no longer join the encounter immediately after beginning.
    • Fixed the radius of damage for Conveyor Death Beam
    • Reworked ability Launch Sawblade
    • Fixed displaying of some creatures (should be invisible), activation of weapons and despawn now have timer.

    [*] Sha of Pride

    • Boss will use Banishment only on heroic mode.
    • After using Unleashed all timers will be resetted before triggering spells.

  • Corrected Megaera Loot Box Position.
  • Fixed an issue due to which Loot Box didn't spawn after players defeated Ra-den on 25-man Heroic Mode.

  • Fixed some issues with Divine Star
    • Now returns to the priest instead of startpoint.
    • Improved targets selection and fixed an issue, due to which the start could heal one target twice and more.
    • Fixed formula of healing and damage.
    • Fixed an issue, due to which the Star could heal or deal the damage several times, if priest changed form while the Star fly Shadowform
    • Fixed an issue, due to which the Star sometimes did not heal priest after return.
    • Fixed delay before dealing the damage/healing after return.

    [*] Fixed an issue, due to which Battle Fatigue incorrectly affected the absorption of Spirit Shell

    [*] Fixed dynamic calculation of stats of pets, summoned by Shadowfiend and Mindbender

    [*] Twist of Fate can be triggered only if target had 35% health or less before getting damage or healing from priest.
