Wrong item delivery from item bought from shop!! help pls

hello

 

i was buying items for my lock on the shop today but. when i got the item in my char it was the wrong item. i got [Enchanted Shao-Tien Saber] instead of Prideful Gladiator's Mageblade.

i dont understand why this happend. i am shure i pressed the right button from shop. i have also got [Prideful Gladiator's Endgame] from shop but it i am not able to use it on my human warlock. i would like to refund these items if possible. i didnt know it was a horde item when i got it.

 

 

i am currently online and in game. i have posted a ticket in game and i am waiting for gm response.
