Problem with Windows Defender saying there is Trojan virus in PandaWow launcher

Im trying to install the PandaWow launcher but my windows defender keeps saying there is a dangerous trojan virus in the file here is the description of it: https://imgur.com/a/9aOyKMH

Please tell me why there is something like this in this file and please direct me to a better link that isnt suspicious like this. I just want to play some bgs :(

Launcher does not have a Digital Signature, it's normal that antivirus reacts like this on launcher.
