Rules for creating topics, if you have problems with access to your account/changing email or password

   ► After receiving logs (usually over the past year), we will look at each IP in the list. Specify in advance your possible IP, if they differ from the ones mentioned above. For example, if you entered the game from another city, from another device with another provider. If you do not know the IP-address, specify these regions (region, city)
    
   ► You can check your IP using the following websites:

   ► You can't not specify private information in your thread, and then send a private message
   to the Game Master who works with lost accounts

6. Evidence: old screenshots (older than 3 months), videos/streams from characters on this account, any information that only the account owner could know (for example, actions you performed with bonuses on your account - specify the name of the service/character/item purchased etc. and the approximate date of purchase)

You should be aware that:

 

• The listed data is necessary for us to check the logs and information. At the end of the topic, all data is deleted. If you contact us again after some time, we will again request your account information and logs from the administrator, and you will have to wait for some time again.
• Logs are checked manually by requesting data from administrator, so it takes a long time to process a thread, sometimes more than a week. Please, be patient.
• We do not guarantee 100% assistance in these matters - it all depends on the logs and evidence that you provide to us to confirm your ownership of the account.
  Transfer of access to the account is only possible after the game master is convinced that the author of thread is the owner of the account. If there is not enough data to make sure of this, or there are data that raise doubts about the truth of the author, access to the account will be denied.
