Issue: Heals for shit. I took 90% of my HP and it healed 20k lol

 

What should happen: All damage taken within 4 sec should give you a 6 sec hot healing you it all back

 

Realm: all

 

Priority: 8/10

 

should be affected by battle fatigue and MS
