Issue: When you're on DR or have immune buffs up and stand in RoF, it triggers the effect multiple times

 

What should happen: Should only trigger once every 3rd sec (3 sec ICD) when you run into it

PS: This goes for everything that is CC based that does not require a target (idk what else that has the same effect as RoF atm)
