29888*0.25=7472

29888+7472=37360

Atonement is increased by something else maybe his EVANGELISM stacks too he has 2 but i'm not 100% sure.

As you can see at the very start of the video

 

Damage: 28,317

Heal: 14,886

28317/2=14158.5 (again something else empowers Atonement but i'm not sure what)

If I added archangel healing % on it would be

14158.5*0.25=3539.625

14158.5+3539.625=17698.125 (around 17.7k) which is not what we see in the video.

About disc mastery increasing atonement. On Pwow it is not increased however I cant find anymore proof about mastery / % increases on atonement.
