2. Description of the problem.

- When beign added this enchant to the belt can be used only once and then cannot be used anymore until the player relog or quit the game and shows up this "You cannot drink any more yet". And it doesn't show the ticking cooldown in belt when that enchant is applied.

3.How it must work.

- Once the enchant beign applied can be used every 1 minute because without "You cannot drink any more yet" message and relogging or leaving the game.
