When I bought some 'Restored Artifacts' in Pandaria and I wanted to turn in at Brann Bronzebeard in exchange of some archeology fragments, any kind of the crates what I have bought were totally empty (or it dropped some uncommon keystones). I wonder if it is a bug that the common fragment are not found or it is intended. This happened on the x100 server. Thank you
