launcher has stopped working

I cant start the launcher i just keep getting stopped working

1. Uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework on your computer.

Control panel>Uninstal a program

2. Install and run the utility CCleaner (click for download). Using this utility in the "Registry" section, delete the old information about the Microsoft .NET Framework.

3. Again install new Microsoft .NET Framework from official website https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework.
