I have the pandawow launcher still cant play bgs or arenas

I have done everything it says to do and launch with the launcher still cant join bgs or arenas

Make sure that all necessary components are installed: MV C++ 2015, .Net framework 4.7. Also try to disable you antivirus software and run the game in x32-bit mode (in launcher options).
