If the http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=73059/kokron-iron-star hits the boss before he starts to CAST http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=147011/manifest-rage then after the stun has faded the boss should attempt to re-cast http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=147011/manifest-rage as you need to INTERRUPT the bosses cast instead of stunning him before the cast.
