jadjad Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 Hey, I just wanted to bring some notice to this bug, I apologize if it is already been mentioned but I don't see the topic anywhere in English ( might be in Russian) The passive is supposed to proc and stack, it goes up by 50% each time and it reduces cast times, but the speed of the cast is always the same no matter the stacks or the amount of procs you have, even the tooltip says it should be instant or much quicker cast-time + lower mana cost.. but in-game it is same cast time and same mana cost. It's just visual bug in tooltip, the cast time and mana cost reduction should remain the same as with 1 stack. This visual bug is fixed, will be applied after update.
