После использования должна появляться тележка, а игрок использовавший тележку становиться поваром и любой игрок может нажать на повара как на вендора и совершенно бесплатно купить еду повышающую основные характеристики персонажа до 5 штук, так же данная тележка должна действовать на протяжении 5 минут, вся еда купленная в тележке персональная после покупки.

The cart turns the user into a vendor of Pandaren Treasure Noodle Soup, which anyone nearby can purchase and stacks to 5, whether in party or not. The cart vendor DOES NOT get to keep the money. While there were initially 10 man and 25 man version carts that held a maximum number of charges on the PTR (50 charges and 125 charges respectively), it seems that Blizzard did away with this and the cart now holds unlimited soup, or at least 150 charges from our testing of this cart kit. While it requires many more mats than a single feast, if you're planning on wiping more than a few times, it's much cheaper to use this. The most cost-efficient and time-saving way to use these in raids (10 man or 25 man) is to have every person grab 5 Noodle Soups, eat one of them for the Well Fed buff, and then buy one more before the noodle vendor exits the cart. This way you get an extra round of food for free, rather than the normal five.
