My account was banned i don't know why

Hey guys , back of the deaths , well is been a long time since i play this game in this serve also, when i came today to login my alt account received banned. i don't know why if is been a long time i dont enter here. i want to play, give me a favor and unban my account. our explain to me how many days i will get banned. i have a lvl 90 warrior called Sirvinnie . that was the account banned. my wife wants play with me , and for my surprise i get banned even nothing play . i hope u guys give me a answer and have a good night.

my account was disbanned , i don't know whats happens to get banned , i try loggin many times because i forgot the password thats is my opnion to get it, but anyway, thanks guys u Admins can clear this post.

U're right. It's 5 minutes autoban to protect u'r account cause of bruteforce possibility
