Items disappeared

1. Character: Shädow

2. Realm: x100

3. Problem: today I noticed that 2x https://www.db.pandawow.me?item=105376/korvens-crimson-crescent & 1x https://www.db.pandawow.me?item=105386/cord-of-black-dreams disappeared from my inventory.

4. How I tried to solve the problem: relogged / waited to receive them back in in-game mail.

All 3 items were heroic warforged and 4/4 upgraded. Would like to get them back.
