Garrote and Cheap Shot should not teleport the rogue when the target is in melee range. Ambush should teleport if the rogue is in melee range and facing the target. Ambush should teleport behind target in advance of dealing damage. Video: time 3:55, 29:24, 29:50, 34:15; in the same video: time 6:40 - cheap shot from outside the hitbox, time 27:21 - cheap shot from inside the hitbox time 28:12 - ambush fails to hit: it teleports behind target until it finds a position to deal damage; time 29:50 - cheap shot > garrote > ambush 4.
