Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now also has a chance of applying active poisons at their normal rate. Awards 1 combo points if it strikes the current combo target.

 

2. Fan of Knives is resetting the combo points when switching targets.

3. Fan of Knives should apply combo points to a new target if the rogue consumes the combo points from the first target or if it generates new combo points via melee abilities.

 

13:25 - combo points on the first training dummy

13:58 - combo points continue to accumulate on the first target

 

14:20 - first target with combo points active

14:49 - fan of knives doesn't generate combo points

14:54 - crimson tempest consumes the combo points from the first target

14:57 - fan of knives is generating new combo points on the second target
