Spirit bird randomly dissappears and my loot from ordos dissappeared

Hello, already three times in a row I tame Ban'thalos, and then after some time, the bird dissappears from my inventory.

Also, today I did Ordos, and I received 559 legs, and after logging off and back on again, they were gone.

Some ingame admin wrote to me that I should receive them back in my mailbox, but two hours have passed, and still nothing. When I logged in, my leg slot was empty.
