Dont receive email for character transfer or change password PLS HELP

i dont receive the email on my account to transfer my char on another account ( also not in spam) but on googlemail it works, nevertheless i wanted to ask you if you can transfer a character from my account and take the bonuses and make it onto my friend´s account , would be very nice of u , my account name :PM ME , friend´s account name : PM ME
