All my heores are desappeared

i came back to the game, after a leave it 4 year ago, and now when i log in, all my pjs are missing, i saw there still exists in the game, and the last time they´re been used were for me.

i dont know how to get them back.

Hey there, have you checked IP logs recently? And maybe checked if the characters are still visible in the character section on the website? =)
