rating reset

Hello , so today i was on me rogue name Jääkuutio (xfun) and i was playing bg's/solo ques i had 2300+ rating on 2v2's and i decided to cap 4000 honor and get myself a visual illusion for Enchant after fighting for few hours whit bg crashes and everything after i got 4k i realized me rating got reseted while i was playing bgs i talked to Zeox on Discord (https://imgur.com/a/0m5rFha) where he said this should never happend , im not the only one there's alot of ppl with the same issues only 30-40% of ppl lost their rating and everyone else still has it much lower rated then me... so i want me rating back so i can buy myself the visual illusions untill me rating is reset please help me . There's a randomized rating reset going on. A lot of people lost their CR, but a lot of people also keep sitting on 2.2k CR.

 

 

It's unfair.

 

 

Fix this BS already.
