Transfer Character

Hi staff, today i write you because i have a problem with a transfer character i gonna explain you what is the problem:

 

I play this game 2 months ago for my cousin, he has been playing this game since 2014, and 6 days ago, he tried to transfer a character from one of him accounts because i bought that in gold coins, the price is irrelevant but i paid for that, and he tried but he couldn't because he needs to do something in him Email, but he played since 2014, he doesn't have this email now, so we are looking for another way to do that, because i already charged the credits to him account, but i couldn't got the character, he can do anything that you ask for prove him identify, but we need another way, he just needs a hand from you, please.

 

Our treat is that i gonna buy 4 characters from him, but i can't charge more gold coins if i can't get the characters so please help us.

This section is about account restore,change email,etc.. So tell him to do a thread on that about his email and wait for GM answer.

And he will need to follow all the GM's says,like Ingame character name etc.
