1 arcane missiles proc chance

2 the problem is that with some spells arcane missiles has extreamly low chance (like ice lance and frost bomb) to proc or they don't proc (frost nova)

3 arcane missiles must proc from all spells with same % of proc chance

6 10/10 - this spells is basic for dps for arcane mages with arcane missiles you can burst you can get easiest charges etc...

 

I tested procs with all spells and I saw that AM has normal proc chance with spells like living bomb/ nether tempest/ arcane blast/ arcane barrage/ cone of cold/ arcane explosion (not sure for explosion coz sometimes has a normal procs sometimes its extreamly rare)/ fire blast/ flamestrike/ frostfire bolt (not sure again same reason like explosion) but it has low chance to proc with spells ice lance (I casted it 10-15 times and I got 1 proc)/ frost bomb (casted it 10 times and I gotta 1 proc) and never proc with frost nova (I tested spell with glyph of frost nova and without the glyph)

it has 30% chance to proc on spellcast (if at least one enemy was hit)
