Transmog issues

Hi it seems one one of my chars i cant use premium transmog

all other chars are fine but my rogue cannot transmog legendary daggers... i defiantly have prem transmog as i say i can transmog thunderfury ect on my mage its just one char and i know it should work due to seeing others with the same legendary dagger mog

Try start ur game again using the Panda Wow launcher, cuz if its a ''new char'', some times have a little bug. If dont work, only need wait some days and will work normal
