[Fear Itself]

Hello,

i was doing Terrace of Endless Springs for the quest [Fear Itself] where u have to obtain [Chimera Of Fear] from Sha of Fear,

and after we killed him he didn't drop anything, nor the item for the quest, and i wasn't the only one who didn't get it, the whole raid group didn't get the item,

yeah, apparently what caused the issue was the raid leader having Loot table on "Epic only"
