1. Whats bugged? You get all cooldownsback by disconnecting in an arena or by logging urself out as you can see i abuse and get banned for in the video.

2. What should happen? SHOULD NOT GET ANY COOLDOWNS BACK AFTER GETTING DISCONNECT OR ALT F4ing in an arena

4. Priority? 10/10, disable arena until this is fixed
