Missing Item

I've been out of the game for a few days for a few reasons, and today ( 17/11/2020 - 23:06 Brazilian Time/ 5:07 server time) when I logged in, my legendary cover was gone. I checked all my bags, bank and Void Storage but it is nowhere.

Hello. Unfortunately, we do not restore items obtained in game (only donate items can be restored).

It is not the first time that this has happened after the patch. Since my item cannot be returned, I expect at least compensation.
