Hello. If your game closes with this image:

[spoiler=image]fKsgMIQ.png

then perhaps you have lost your Internet connection or someone is logging into your account.

If someone logs into your account, then use the Change password or Password recovery

(in the received letter you will receive only the password. The account login has not changed, remains the same; in the future, you will need to enter the old account login and new password from the letter).

If the game is closed completely (without any image), try install:

[spoiler=only for Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1]

1. Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2019 Redistributable Package.

[spoiler=Note:]Before installing "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2019 x86_x64", uninstall from your computer:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x86 and x64)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 (x86 and x64)

or

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 (x86 and x64)

(if have been already installed)

[spoiler=here uninstall]Select the "Start" button, open "Control Panel", and then select "Uninstall a program"

jDmvVGc.png

Visual C++ "2015", "2017" and "2019" are programmatically the same and cannot be installed on top of each other, so you should uninstall them before installing the new version.

2. For Windows 7/8.1 Microsoft .NET Framework latest version. For Windows 8 Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1.

[spoiler=Note:]Pandawow launcher in most cases does not start due to the incorrect work of the "Microsoft .NET Framework", example https://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=241828&p=1430571&viewfull=1#post1430571. Therefore, if you have already installed Microsoft .NET Framework and more than one version, then uninstall them all and again install only one version

[spoiler=here uninstall]Select the "Start" button, open "Control Panel", and then select "Uninstall a program"

AbUMlGV.png

if the Microsoft .NET Framework is not uninstalled or not installed, use special utility from Microsoft trobleshooter for uninstall or install.

3. Service Pack 1 for Windows 7.

[spoiler=example]To check if Service Pack 1 is already installed, select the Start button, right-click Computer, and then select Properties

PMuXENP.png

[spoiler=only for Windows 10]Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2019 Redistributable Package.

[spoiler=Note:]Before installing "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2019 x86_x64", uninstall from your computer:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x86 and x64)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 (x86 and x64)

or

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 (x86 and x64)

(if have been already installed)

[spoiler=here uninstall]Open "Control Panel", and then select "Uninstall a program"

Visual C++ "2015", "2017" and "2019" are programmatically the same and cannot be installed on top of each other, so you should uninstall them before installing the new version.

Hello, I had the same problem as you described today however this was because I repaired / someone else repaired their character whilst in a raid group. The way I fixed this was to delete my cache/errors folder and repair my character a 2nd time. If you can send a crash log to a developer that would help a lot also to prevent this from happening in the future.

Also check if the antivirus has blocked the game files. Unblock files and add to the antivirus exceptions so that it doesn't block anymore.

If all else fails, reinstall the game https://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=46675&langid=1 (preferably download the full game client via torrent). Separately download the full language for the game, you can here: https://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=244106&page=3&p=1474792&viewfull=1#post1474792.
