Lockout system (heroic doungeons)

If you manually get a lockout for heroic than, if u will get there in rdf -> there is a lockout

I mean heroic dungeon.

Superwierd, we dont have cd on that dungeon, queued through rdf, got kicked just after like we have cooldown.
