fixed & tested Quest chain

1 quest chain general nazgrim only gives me one mission and no 2 of the quest chain

2 at the end of the mission to land, the nazgrim general only gives me the mission, ends them and not the other mission, fire is always the answer

3 by not giving me the second mission I cannot continue with the chain of missions and I will not be able to continue with the pandaria content and I will not be able to level up
