Marr Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 Good evening. I don't know if you're familiar with our problem that was spammed on #general a few days back. My friend and I are unable to do anything with our e-mails since we are not receiving any confirmation e-mails whatever we do. We are basically trying to transfer the character from his account for two weeks now and unable to do so. They said I should film a video of us trying to transfer and not getting the e-mail, which I did, but no response for days now. The premium gold points are ready to be used, but we are unable to do so. I don't know if you are able to help, but I'm trying anything I can to transfer the character. What's weird is that I recieved the conformation email for my forum registration but I can't recieve the email's for the charcater transfers or email change. Account Name: Marebrate Character name: Marr - Frost mage To Account Name: Kedzie we cannot transfer the character ourselves because Marr doesnt get the instruction email.! please help if you can transfer the Character to Account: Kedzie, you can remove the bonusses from Account: Marebrate in the process.
