mmamor Posted May 4, 2021 Posted May 4, 2021 I recently bought a level 90 character (Bahalar-Alliance Human mage) in Pandawow x100 that was already exalted with Black Prince. However, I cannot find the Blacktalon Quartermaster and the Wrathion quest was reset. All the achievements were removed on the character (0 achievements). I cannot buy the legendary meta-gem. Even Commander Oxheart does not sell it. Do you know how I can buy a legendary meta-gem? Do you know how I can restore the achievements of the character?

Example : https://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=699/world-wide-winner ( code 699, achivement : World Wide Winner )
