I've tried to the quest named - Да разверзнется ад(Unleash Hell)

 

when I shot the target, I suddenly falled down and die as below video.

 

 

how can I do this quest?

 

without this quest, I cannot do the next quest.

Hello. Abandon the quest Unleash Hell in the Quest Log(press "L" to open) and take this quest again in the flying ship.

To get back to the flying ship, use the portal:

Hello. I've tried abandon the quest and take this quest to do, but it's still not working, i just fall down again.

 

and, I've tried to repair the character on control panel, but it didn't work.

Try the following:

 

1. Open the game folder and delete the "Cache" folder.

2. Download the archive with the starting files and place it into the game client with a replacement:
