It works in a different way compared to the previous Level purchase service, which will continue to exist for

everyone.

When buying a 90-Level character boost, you will receive:

 

• You can instantly grant one character a one-time boost to level 90*
  
• Riding skill and the ability to fly in all flight-enabled zones except Pandaria
  
• Will be open all fly paths in the game world (except Pandaria)

• Exalted with base Alliance or Horde factions
  
• Equipment and weapons 400+ ilvl for selected specialization
  
• Professions boost** (with all recipes), if you have any profession.

You choose a Character when you enter the game from the list of characters on your account or create a new one.

For the boost, you can choose a character of any level, of any race and class, including death knights and pandaren: the starting quest chain for these characters will be counted as completed, and the death knights will receive their class mount and Death Gates.

** If character have any profession, his primary professions and First Aid are boosted to 600, character also learns all the recipes available from a profession trainer in-game.

If the character doesn't have primary professions, they'll be given class-appropriate professions (character also learns all the recipes available from a profession trainer in-game) according to the table:
