Now items with upgrade levels can be upgraded with special NPCs in the capitals and in Pandaria. The cost of one level of upgrade is 750 Valor Points. Hurry up to use their services, since with the release of the content of Patch 5.2. they will disappear from the game and will reappear in the next Patch only!
