character stuck error 132!!

I already try to repair my character in the control panel but the site always give me an error "You need to quit from the game for this operation!", help please.

It doesn't work, I already wait for over a 10 minutes and the site still says the same "You need to quit from the game for this operation!", I already have all the vc++ installed, I was playing normally but now I got that error in this section of Undercity:

 

 

Help please!

EDIT:

 

I found a solution, the error only appears when I use the WOD Models enable, once I disable it the game runs normally, maybe you can check why the game crash in that part??

After each exit game, you need to wait 1-2 minutes for the character repair to become available. Where your character is, next to Sylvanas there is a crash near because of the WOD models turned on, when you are near Sylvanas, turn off the WOD models so as not to crash.
