- Reduces cooldown by 50%, if you didn't receive any damage.

- The amount of cooldown reduction depends on remaining absorb amount. The more remaining absorb left - the more cooldown reduction will be (by up to 50%).

- Doesn't reduce cooldown at all, if AMS expires due to zero remaining absorb left.
