Have completed the quest (The Quest for Better Barley) in Valley of the Four Winds and the NPC is no there any more she is gone its the lil panda lul lul i thank

If you mean Li Li, she should be gone only after you have accepted quest The Chen Taste Test. I don't see any bugs with her visibility on my local server.

Show me a screenshot where you have that quest The Quest for Better Barley and there is no Li Li at Granary for you.
