Hi I just downloaded the game and I'm getting this message when I try to log

 

When I type my account and password and press enter, it says "connecting", then "authenticating" and then "you have been disconnected from the server"

 

I tried to follow some of the steps in this page https://forum.pandawow.me/showthread.php?t=71317https://www.google.com.br but it didn't work

 

I had this problem in other servers before and it usually resolved with the ipconfig commands on the cmd, but not this time

Hello, most likely you did not complete the activation of your account. Can you please indicate your account name and also did you receive an activation email from our server? If yes, you need to click on it and complete each step.

I did not receive the e-mail, I tried to create an account with my e-mail and it said the email was already in use

 

So i tried to make another account with another e-mail and it worked, so everything is fine now
