Bought bugged character from site

I bought my Fire Mage from site and in Shrine of Two moons i dont have portals(its like its different shrine of two moons). When i go in party with friends if i enter building in shrine of two moons, i dont see them neither they see me. Also half of inventory shown on site from my character was not there when i logged into character and checked inventory

Hello, seems like your character has not learned the portals that's why you don't have them at your spellbook. You have to visit in Dalaran npc "Archmage Celindra" and learn all the portals from there.
