Game keeps crashing

Hey team,

 

I've recently bought a new laptop - downloaded the launcher --> after launching the game and introduce my credentials my game crashes after "success" pop up, any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello, what's the error ID you are getting when you try to log-in game?

Im not receiving any crash error messages, and my error folder is also empty, I worth mentioning that I'm having the same issue when when trying to sign in on other private servers as well but retail works fine.

So its an a private server specific error I justcant put my finger on what could be causing it

Apologies for the late reply, request sent on discord.

Author contacted me via discord and gave him instructions through there. The issue was with the launcher which seemed that it was not working properly.
