This spell doesn't hit players from behind, it's supposed to work like Killing Spree 

 

Here as u can see still hitting from the front and all damage is dodged by rogues.

It should hit like in this arena videos.

Priority is 9

They say 'check after update' not 'restart' I don't know when is the new update.
