Does anyone know the formula of Soul Reaper damage for unholy dk? how does it scale with attack power and mastery?

Base spell damage (55336 to 64309) + 120% of Attack Power.

Mastery increases spell damage by the same %, as in stats.

so would be like 55336+120% of attack power, and then increase that number by the % from the mastery?
