Eminence in PvP

1. Looks like Eminence is affected by PVP resillence (double dip resil+battle fatigue) meaning healing is almost nothing

2. Eminence doesnt trigger most of the times for melee attacks and xuen attacks in pvp 14 minute game with 4 xuen and 20 blackout kick etc eminence did 20 ticks shouldnt be possible for 1 xuen even.

Also xuen's aoe albility i think this https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=123996 doesnt do damage at all on players in arena 8/10 too very annoying mw bugs.

Eminence takes base damage (without counting resilience) for healing calculations. Didn't found anything wrong with it.

There was a bug, when it didn't proc in arena at all, it was fixed recently and already applied on live servers.

ye the numbers looks good now
