i did everything the technical support forum said and still got the same error every time can somebody pls help me ?

Hello there, please run the launcher and let it to make all the updates necesary, then try to login in game. Let us know if the problem persist.

There was a general issue yesterday but it got fixed. You may try to log in again now and as Khyntia said let us know if you are still unable to log in.
