Rune of Power

1.5 sec cast
Places a Rune of Power on the ground, which lasts for 1 min. While standing within 5 yds of your own Rune of Power, your mana regeneration is increased by 75% and your spell damage is increased by 15%. Only 2 Runes of Power can be placed at one time.

Replaces Evocation.
