[Силитус] Thunderaan the Windseeker - Boss didn't come out after completing quest

Realm: x100

Character: Runner

When finishing quest Thunderaan the Windseeker ( quest id 7786), Thunderaan is supposed to be summoned. But when i completed the quest, nothing happened.
